• We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns.
• International shipping is not available at the moment. For special requests, please contact our support team.
 

2. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS.
• Orders placed before 2 PM IST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Charges
✔ Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
✔ Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹50-₹100, depending on the location.
✔ Any additional charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be mentioned at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
• You can track your order in real-time by visiting our Order Tracking Page or through the courier partner’s website.

📌 If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.
 

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
• COD is available for select locations and will be shown at checkout if eligible.
• A nominal COD fee may apply depending on the order value and location.
• For high-value COD orders, our team may contact you for confirmation before dispatching.
• Refusing COD orders multiple times may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.

7. Delivery Issues & Delays
• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team for assistance.
• Incorrect address or contact details may result in delivery failure. Please ensure accurate details at checkout.
• If the courier partner fails to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, we will attempt one re-shipment after verifying the details.

 
📌 We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or unforeseen logistics issues.
 
8. Order Not Delivered? Here’s What to Do
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe:
✔ Check the tracking link sent to your email/SMS.
✔ If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact our support team immediately.
✔ If the order is stuck at a delivery hub, we will escalate it with the courier partner to ensure prompt delivery.
 
9. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
 
1️⃣ Take photos of the package and product immediately.
2️⃣ Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
3️⃣ Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
 
📌 Damaged or missing item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims after this period may not be accepted.
 
10. Change of Delivery Address
✔ If you need to update your delivery address before your order is shipped, please contact us immediately.
✔ Once the order is dispatched, address changes cannot be made, and the customer must coordinate with the courier partner.
 

11. Lost or Stolen Packages
• Nutrieon Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is marked as “Completed” by the courier.

• If you suspect a package theft, check with neighbors or security and report it to the delivery service.

We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, XpressBees, and India Post to ensure fast and secure delivery.
