✅ Incorrect or damaged product – If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
✅ Manufacturing defect – If the product has a manufacturing defect, it is eligible for a replacement after verification.
✅ Return request must be initiated within 15 days – Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.

• Opened or used products (for safety and hygiene reasons).
• Products without original packaging, invoice, or tampered labels.
• Freebies, sample packs, or promotional products.

2. How to Initiate a Return?

3. Approval & Pickup: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and arrange for a pickup (if applicable).
4. Return Shipping: If pickup is not available in your location, you may be required to ship the product back to us. The return shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Delivery: After the product is approved through quality inspection, your replacement will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
6. Quality Check & Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the product, it undergoes a quality inspection. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

📌 Return Approval: Returns will only be accepted after our team verifies the condition of the product. Products that fail quality checks will be sent back to the customer.
📌 Return Window: Return requests made after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted.
📌 Tampered or Opened Products: We cannot accept returns for opened or used supplements due to safety and hygiene reasons.
