💳 Payment Method & Refund Timeframe:

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets): Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  •  Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement product after verifying the returned item.

2. Important Notes

📌 Return Approval: Returns will only be accepted after our team verifies the condition of the product. Products that fail quality checks will be sent back to the customer.
📌 Return Window: Return requests made after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted.
📌 Tampered or Opened Products: We cannot accept returns for opened or used supplements due to safety and hygiene reasons.
📌 Refund Denial: If the return does not meet our policy conditions, the refund will not be processed, and the item will be shipped back to you.
